Appointments & Arrival Time

Facial Therapy New York is a private salon, servicing one client at a time. We recommend that appointments be made in advance so that we are able to accomodate your specific scheduling requests. (A major credit card is required to hold an appointment for any of our services.)

Appointments are required for all salon visits, including product purchases.

Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy.

For pre-purchased series of treatments, that session will be applied toward the series.

We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows you ample time to fill out a client profile and to prepare for your treatment.

If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the high demand of appointments we require at least 24 hrs notice when canceling an appointment..

There is a full charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and for no-shows.

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change at anytime, and without notice.

This includes all single session pricing as well as any series of treatments, and promotions.

Return Policy

All treatment services are non-refundable.

e-Gift cards/certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Products purchase at studio must be returned within 14 days of purchase unopened, accompanied by original receipt. All sale and promotional vouchers are final sale.

Payment & Gratuities

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cash.

Gratuities are accepted on credit card or cash.
